The first step is to educate our client on the benefits and possibilities of purchasing personal real estate with IRA monies.

In that there are two ways to use IRA monies to purchase real estate, it is of extreme importance that our clients fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of each method.

Our educational meeting can be one on one with the client in his or our office, or we offer the opportunity to use a computer link and work together over the Internet.

The Second Step is to
Qualify our Clients

The Confidential IRA / Real Estate Questionnaire must be completed and returned to our office along with the most recent copies of your current IRA and or 401-k statements.

Adhering strictly to IRS regulations we fully assess the information gathered from the questionnaire as well as telephone interviews to determine the “Suitability” of our program for your desired real estate purchase.

The Third Step / Engagement / Commitment Agreement Signed

After our feasibility study is complete and the suitability of our program for the client is assured, we ask that our engagement / commitment letter be signed by both parties.

The agreement ensures that accuracy and transparency of our work and establishes the end result we promise our client in working with us.  The client agrees to work only with our firm in achieving the desired outcome in utilizing their IRA resources to purchase their desired real estate.

The fourth Step Is The Establishment of The Client’s New IRA Fixed Investment

We work with the client to establish this new IRA Fixed Investment with one of our custodians that will ultimately fund the real estate purchase.

The Fifth Step Is The Delivered IRA / Real Estate Plan Design

This is our customized “finished product,” the actual design that the client will use to implement and support their desired real estate purchase.
